General Policies

When printing multi-colour logos there is a possibility of mis-registration amounting to approximately 1/16” in any direction, depending on the size and shape of the drinkware being decorated. These tolerances meet industry standards for colour registration and are considered acceptable.
Over-runs & Under-runs: We reserve the right to incur a 5% variance plus or minus the ordered quantity. Your invoice will reflect the actual quantity shipped.
Order Quantity Requirements: All glass and ceramic products must be ordered in full case lots.
Cancellation Charge: Orders must be cancelled in writing. All costs incurred to the date of cancellation will be invoiced.
Returns: Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Notification must be made within 45 days of invoice date.
Breakage: Any breakage after 30 days from invoicing is no longer the responsibility of Beaumont and will not be credited. Orders shipped via any courier will be at Customers own risk. We do what we can to lessen the chance of breakage but it is not fool proof.
Beaumont is committed to a policy of continuous improvement of its product offerings. Product configuration changes may arise and products may differ from those represented. Circumstances may arise that may cause a product to be discounted or incur a price increase.
