GENERAL INFORMATION

Placing your order: In order to process your order, we must have your artwork and purchase order with the following information:
· Artwork in an acceptable format (preferably as a computer graphic in a vector based file)
· Your company’s information, product number, item colour & quantity (orders must be in full carton quantities)
· Imprint colour/s (please specify a PMS colour number) we cannot guarantee exact match. Imprint location and image size
· Shipping address with Street name & number, City, Province, & Postal Code (Note: P.O. boxes are not acceptable)
· Shipping method (Please advise Carrier name, account number & phone number, and indicate third party billing or collect)

Production Time and Order Confirmations:
· Production time will be indicated on your order confirmation. Actual production time starts after final proof or sample is approved.
· Any revisions, account problems or other circumstances beyond our control could delay a scheduled ship date.
· An order confirmation will be faxed within 24 hours after receipt of a complete order with artwork. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Ceramics & Glassware:
· All imprinted Glass & Ceramic products meet or exceed Federal Legislation concerning lip & rim safety regulations as well as heavy metal ink content.
While these prohibitions may limit available imprint area and imprint colour range, these laws are enacted for our protection and is supported by Beaumont.
· When selecting ceramic imprint colours, bear in mind that PMS numbers serve as a guide only, and are never exact due to the nature of ceramic inks.
In addition, the required process of firing ceramic inks changes the finished colour, PMS shades are based on printing on white ceramics, colours will appear differently on glass or ceramic bases. We therefore cannot guarantee an exact PMS colour match under any circumstance.

Precious Metal Imprints and Banding: Metallic Gold / Platinum/Silver / Microwaveable Gold
· For gold, platinum/silver or microwave gold imprints less than 1" square coverage add $0.60 (c) per side in addition to the standard colour charge.
For larger imprint areas please contact Customer service for a quote.
· Precious metal inks are non-microwaveable, except for “microwaveable” gold and are not available for decaled items and are not as brilliant as Metallic gold.
· Banding is available on selected glass & ceramic items, please contact Customer Service for verification. Add $0.70 (c) per unit for banding.

Product Quality & Care:
· Due to manufacturing limitations in ceramics and glassware, minor imperfections & variances may occur, such as tiny pin holes, slight variances in the glaze of ceramic mugs. Glassware may have uneven weight distribution in the base, or small bumps on the top rim. These anomalies are considered acceptable as per industry standards and manufacturing limitations, they are not deemed cause for return.
· We recommend hand washing all drinkware with a mild detergent prior to first use. To reduce fading, & ensure longer imprint life on all products, it is advised that harsh detergents, abrasive chemicals, and commercial dishwashers be avoided. Hand washing with mild soap is recommended.
· Beaumont does not guarantee colour fastness of imprints, to extend the product life of all plastic products, dishwashers should be avoided.

Imprint Options:
· Change of Copy: $25 (net) per change, per colour (minimum/change is half the catalogue minimum quantity).
· Change of Imprint Colour: $25 (net) per change (minimum the same as above).
· Proofs: All artwork proofs are FREE, normally send via fax. Please advise if email is required.
· Pre Production Proofs: $40 (net) per colour, No Charge on orders over 432 pcs. (FIRST SAMPLE) Additional pre production proofs required are $40.00 per colour.
· Personalizations: $3.00 (net) per unit plus a set-up charge of $25(net).
· Artwork Preparation: Have your Jpeg, Tiff, Gif and Bitmap files recreated into vector based art, please contact our Art Department for a quotation.
· Minimums: Unless otherwise stated, minimum order is 72 pieces. A less than minimum surcharge of $50.00 (net) will be applied.
· Repeat Orders: There are no extra charges on exact repeats unless repeating a multi-colour, then the additional imprint charge, and screen charges apply.

General Policies:

· When printing multi-colour logos there is a possibility of mis-registration amounting to approximately 1/16" in any direction, depending on the size & shape of the ware being decorated, these tolerances meet industry standards for colour registration and are considered acceptable.
· Over-runs & Under-runs: We reserve the right to incur a 5% variance plus or minus; your invoice will reflect the actual quantity shipped.
Please Note: Orders specifying NO over-runs could be subject to short shipment of up to 5%.
· Order Quantity Requirements: All glass & ceramic products must be ordered in full case lots. (See “packaged” at the end of each price column)
· Cancellation Charge: Orders must be cancelled in writing. All costs incurred to the date of cancellation will be invoiced.
· Returns: Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Notification must be made within 45 days of invoice date.
· Breakage: Any breakage after 30 days from invoicing is no longer the responsibility of Beaumont and will not be credited back. Orders shipped via any courier will be at Customers own risk. We will do what we can to lessen the breakage, but it is not fooll proof.
· Beaumont is committed to a policy of continuous improvement of its product offerings. As such, product configuration changes may arise & products may differ from those represented. Circumstances may arise that may cause a product to be discounted or incur a price increase during the life of this catalogue.
· Pricing: Catalogue prices are effective January 15, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. List prices are suggestions only. We will gladly provide quotes on request for larger than catalogue quantities, and on custom or discontinued items. Contact Customer Service for details. All prices are FOB Calgary, Alberta Canada. Prices do not include taxes.

Shipping:

Due to the fragile nature of our products, breakage in shipping is always a possibility regardless of the packaging used. Unfortunately, claims for breakage are not always honoured by the carrier responsible. Because of this situation Beaumont in turn cannot be held liable for any breakage whatsoever during shipping. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon release to the carrier. Claims for breakage and delays in transit must be filed directly with your carrier with in 14 days of receipt of merchandise. We strongly urge all our customers to set-up an account with a freight carrier of their choice based on their policy to cover your claim should breakage occur. We suggest you consider a recognized motor-freight transport company rather than a courier for this service. We appreciate your understanding in this manner.
